How to Keep The Hair Covered Hijab



Hair is a Crown for women. A variety of methods are done in order to have healthy hair, clean and beautiful, especially women's hijab. For women who wear hijab of course, there is a sense of worry with hair that is always covered when filling out the holidays with activities outside the home. Hair always covered hijab is more at risk of experiencing problems such as dandruff, hair loss, dry, moist, etc. We have to take proper care and in accordance with the condition of the hair so that the hair health and beauty awake though covered with a hijab. Now, time keeping health, hygiene and beauty of hair for women who wear hijab. Note important tips:


1. The avoid is wearing of hijab in State of wet hair

Causes of hair problems for women who wear hijab i.e our habits to wear hijab in State of the hair is still wet. Hair in such circumstances will trigger a more severe hair loss, the hair becomes moist so that the appearance of fungus on the scalp like dandruff, and trigger the development of bacteria that can make hair smell.

3. Select the right fabric
Wearing hijab often makes a quick hair moist because of sweat. Excessive sweating can result in the onset of dandruff, it is easy to fall out and the smell. Choose a material that is easy to absorb perspiration hijab like silk, cotton, and T-shirts.


4. Tidy up hair before and after wearing the hijab
Hair hijab covered does not mean ignoring the filth of the hair. Comb your hair with a mess. Preferably, use a fine-tooth comb rarely from plastic materials to minimize the loss of the hair.


5. Rest your hair

6. The consumption of nutritious foods
Really need to consume foods that are nutritious to nourish the hair of women who wear hijab. Essential nutrients must be consumed is a food containing vitamin B-6, vitamin B-12, vitamin C, vitamin E and protein. The content there in green vegetables, fruits and nuts.


7.   Regular Shampooing
Shampooing regularly every 2 days or 3 times in a week. Choose the right suit shampoo hair type. Use conditioner and vitamins hair after shampooing the hair in order to be more healthy, clean, and beautiful.
